Milestone sessions
Our baby's birthday are such a huge celebration! Whilst they may not know they've completed a lap around the sun, it's a time for us to look back and see just how much they have grown and developed. The difference between newborn and one or one and two is so huge and so important to document.
My milestone sessions are unlike those you may have seen before. No crazy backdrops, over the top decorations or themes... just pure and timeless images of your baby. We start with some classic portraits in my signature style, then we have some cake fun and finish off with a little splash!

My milestone sessions are a time to have fun and celebrate! I don't book sessions back to back so there is no pressure to rush or achieve anything quickly. Sessions are baby-led so we go with the flow. If baby needs some time to settle in, get to know the surroundings or just play for a little, there is plenty of time. Be prepared to be a little silly to get some wonderful smiles. This is an enjoyable session for you and baby. Please bring along a neutral or naked basic cake - I'll provide the balloons, asthetic cake topper and fun! We start with portrait images in my signature style, then some fun with cake and a little splash in the tub to finish!

FAQ
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
Whilst I do have a few pieces in the studio, I do truly believe that it's nicer to have children in something that they own or can continue to wear after the shoot. Neutrals like plain whites, light creams and light beiges work perfectly for this style of photography. Please head to my instagram for inspo.
For adults, a white top/dress is best but neutrals like cream and beige work as well. Please avoid patterns or logos.
Dark clothing affects the white balance of the images and therefore isn't suitable.
What if my baby wont settle?
Please don't worry. We have plenty of time to take things slow and easy. There is no pressure for baby to perform. We find what works for your baby and go with it. My sessions are long and I don't book back to back so we have time to make it work.
CAN WE BRING COLOURFUL OUTFITS/ PROPS?
My brand is a very specific aesthetic and I'm guessing you want to book with me because you love this style too. To maintain the uniqueness of the brand, I will only shoot images that are in keeping with this style. Please keep clothing neutral and toys/ props at home.
When do shoots take place?
All of my shoots are weekday only between 10am and 2pm. My clients typically book a morning or afternoon off of work to come and enjoy this experience.
I only open the studio for 1 session per month on weekends - weekend session fee is £100
